Tony Arkowski - Principal and Founder
Tony began his career over two decades ago as a software engineer in the Information Technology department of Northwestern Mutual. Since then, Tony has delivered enterprise systems to many other Fortune-ranked companies as well as delivered commercial products for small and start-up companies in the insurance, finance, and banking industries. He has established architecture and process review boards on many engagements and has also been hired to assess and reconfigure development teams. His passion for software development has led him into the world of teaching where he has instructed on a variety of technical and leadership topics.

Silvio deMorais - Principal and Founder
Silvio is an information technology professional with close to thirty years professional experience. He obtained his BS computer science degree in Brazil, his MS degree in Japan, and has worked in a variety of countries and cultures. He is seasoned in all phases of the software development life cycle but has a special passion for applying new and creative techniques to the areas of software requirements and design.
